To enable us to give you the best prices
it is important that files are supplied to
us in the correct way.

The preferred format is PDF.


Fonts should be embedded or converted
to curves/paths/outlines.
Any images such as photographs should be 300dpi
Any images which are line work should be 1200dpi

Layouts should be in position.


A4 Letterheads/Invoices - 2 up with 5mm gutter.
A5 leaflets/letterheads - 4 up with 5mm gutter.
Business cards - 4 up with 5mm gutter.

Other formats such as Quark, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Corel Draw can be accepted but additional charges will be incurred.

IMPORTANT


Any spot colour jobs should be set to Pantone colours and 4 colour (CMYK) should be in CMYK, a combination or items set in RGB will lead to delay and extra costs.
